Island Runners OC is a private membership club offering scheduled transportation services exclusively to its members. We do not operate as a taxi, ride-share, or public transportation provider.

Our services are provided in accordance with New Jersey state law governing Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Per N.J.S.A. 39:4-31.1 et seq., LSVs may not be used for commercial purposes. Island Runners complies with this regulation by offering transportation access only to individuals who have purchased a ride pass, which includes a limited number of scheduled rides as part of a private member agreement.

No rides are offered for individual sale or to the general public. All services are pre-arranged and reserved exclusively for active pass holders. Ride access is capped based on membership tier and subject to driver availability.

By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a private, non-commercial transportation arrangement. Island Runners is not responsible for delays, weather conditions, or high-volume scheduling demands that may limit service availability.
